I have had the pleasure of being a coworker, patient and friend of Mike’s throughout the past 3 years. In 2014 I underwent a lateral meniscus transplant, which was followed by 8 grueling months of physical therapy. He was a new PT aide in our office at the time but he took a particular interest in my rehabilitation. He observed my treatments, asked the therapist questions and did further research into the procedure and its protocols. When I ended up back in physical therapy 2 years later for an SI sprain, Mike was the only aide I trusted to guide me through my therapy sessions. I just don’t think that I would have made such huge progress in healing without him. Since therapy, I continue to use Mike’s exercise and meal plans every day which have proved to be very effective. Even more impressive are his teaching skills. He is exceptional at simplifying principles and educating me on why each exercise has been prescribed based on my goals.
