Mike's Muscle of the Week

Infraspinatus and Teres Minor

This week's muscle of the week is a two for one special! Both the infraspinatus and teres minor are rotator cuff muscles responsible for external rotation of the shoulder.  Training the strength and muscular endurance of these muscles can be imperitive to mainting a healthy shoulder in athletes, especially baseball pitchers.  Training these external rotators also can play a big part in posture and the overall support and stabilization of the shoulder for every individual.  Questions on how to properly train these muscles, feel free to message me!
